What makes Inner Strength Personal Training different from other gyms?
We specialize in personalized fitness and nutrition coaching for busy adults who want to lose weight, build strength, and improve their health for the long haul. Our motto is “Fitness Should Be Accessible to Everyone” Meaning our program will always personalize every inviduals program to their Goals, Current Ability Level and any Physical Restrictions they may have so we an safely and appropriatley challenge you to reach your ultimate goals.
What types of training programs do you offer?
We offer one-on-one personal training, small group training, athlete performance programs for ages 9–18, remote personal training, and customized nutrition & wellness coaching.
How does your onboarding process work?
New clients start with an intro phone call, followed by an in-person consultation and movement screening. You can also try us risk-free with a 2-week trial before committing to a membership.
Do you offer nutrition coaching?
Yes! Our nutrition and wellness coaching includes personalized meal plans, education, and accountability. We tailor plans to your goals, dietary restrictions, and medical conditions.
Can I join if I have injuries or medical conditions?
Absolutely. Our certified trainers have experience with low-impact workouts and can modify exercises to accommodate injuries, joint issues, and medical conditions such as thyroid disorders.
